Here are a few suggestions to get started:

• Install the Confluence Tasks Reports App from the Marketplace

• Important: Due to Atlassian Marketplace Limitation you need to install the additional Helper App on Confluence as well. (This limitation will be removed when Marketplace Apps become cross-product enabled)

• Before you start, create a new empty Dashboard in Jira

• Use the Confluence Task Report Gadget to show action items for your team

• Use the Confluence Task Activity Stream Gadget

• Use the Task Analytics Gadget
