Shared Calendar Subscriptions

You can easily share Subscriptions with your colleagues with Shared Subscriptions!

This way, you only have to create one configuration and can change that configuration if you need to.

Let’s see an example:

We create a new subscription: Issues assigned to you (=currentUser) in “Awesome Product”

The subscription appears in the list

We are logged in as Admin so we can manage subscribers. But users can also subscribe themselves.

We Assign Anna to a Task with a Due Date

We add the Subscription URL to Anna’s Calendar

And voilá the task is visible. Update to the task will be reflected on the calendar (see FAQ on update times)

Let’s try a datetime field

And set the date time in the issue

Issue is shown on the correct date and time!

This is it for Shared Subscriptions.

Simply use the Generated ICS Link to add the Calendar or send users instructions to do so.

If you want to share Releases, or Subscriptions which will show the exact same issues for all users, then better use a Global Subscription.
