Jira Admin Features for Easy Calendar

Jira admins can monitor and manage subscriptions on the Admin page of Easy Calendar for Jira.
Navigate to Apps → Manage Apps → Find Easy Calendar in the left Navigation Bar.
Restrict App usage to certain User Groups
Admins can restrict the access to the app to certain user groups, to prevent uncontrolled usage. Especially useful during the trial phase if you want to start with a small pilot group only.
ICS generation stats
In this view you can see how long the last requests to subscriptions took. This can help troubleshot problems. For example, Outlook seems to have issues to sync and update calendar subscriptions if they take more than 8seconds to generate.
View all Subscriptions and Defaults
In the admin view you can see a list of all subscriptions and defaults. Can be useful to debug issues.
Delete Subscriptions and Defaults
This action is only a temporary debugging measure and should not be used in normal production conditions, unless our support team instructs you to do so.
The Database is hosted on Atlassian’s infrastructure, using “Forge Storage”.
